A Bit of Background

Our goal is to create true equity when it comes to access to economic prosperity.

That means that we provide financial assistance to people

to get the knowledge they need to get work that's in demand.

Have you, or has someone you know, ever tried to get financial assistance, scholarships, or grants only to be denied because you didn't fit a special interest group, demographic or status?

Have you ever met anyone with a degree that didn't have anything to do with their job?

Have you ever met anyone that had student debt loan?

Have you ever met anyone who tried to level up their life but didn't think they could because of society's outdated approach to education?

If so, then you can understand why we created this fund.

The money that you donate goes towards helping individuals pay for knowledge building activities that directly relate to gaining marketable skills. We make these funds accessible to individuals based on one qualification – willingness to work.

We don’t care what GPA you have, the color of your skin, your gender, your sexuality, your religion, or whether or not you belong to some special interest group. We want people to have less barriers to accomplish their earning and knowledge goals.

The result is better financial health for individuals which means financially healthy communities and families.

We work with distribution partners, like pepelwerk, to make recommendations on recipients.

We provide funding to next gen educators interested in putting learning in real-time with job market. This includes credentialed college, university, trade, certificate, license and non-credentialed skill labor training courses and programs offered by businesses, individuals or other non-profit organizations to ready individuals for the future of work
