Ending Inequity
The best way to stop discrimination on the basis of race or external characteristics is stop discriminating on the basis of race and other prejudice.

The People Who Need Learning the Most Get It the Least
People who already have strong skills are much more likely to keep learning.
People with fewer skills — the ones who need learning the most — are far less likely to get that chance. This creates a cycle where opportunity keeps going to the same people.

That means most people never get the chance to build new skills, even when jobs are changing fast.
Learning opportunities are not evenly distributed.

Adults with strong skills are nearly three times more likely to continue learning than adults with fewer skills.

Our Why
After realizing that the majority of state and federal funding, foundations, non-profits or philanthropic organizations today make funding for education based on outdated definitions of what education is or discriminatory criteria, we decided to give them and the general public an opportunity to let go of the past and help fund an equitable future.
